Derecho, Estado y Religión (Law, State and Religion) is the academic, peer reviewed journal of the CEDyR.

 

The journal covers the fundamental principles of the CEDyR, namely: religious liberty as an inalienable human right, equal to everyone, and recepient of  more protection when State and Church are separated. Within this framework, a general concern of DER is to study the legal and social mechanisms aimed to protect religious minorities.

 

The aim of the publication is to provide an academic forum in which experts in law, religion and related disciplines from around the world can share the results of their researches and reflections.
